There's definitely a tendency to focus on the negative...everywhere you go, it seems. For the sake of my own mental health I've been actively practicing focusing on the positive and the good. It makes a HUGE difference in my life. But I notice more than ever, when I happen to leave the farm, what a negative place society can be and how much you stand out when your mood is joyful and optimistic.
Love this! I wonder whether there is a relationship between the "ease" of texting, which means sometimes people feel bombarded and then put off replying... I know I've been guilty of that one for sure. What do you think?
That’s part of it, I’m sure. I think I’ve got what psychologists refer to as an attachment disorder, so I tend to be hard on people when feeling ignored.

Agreed, and it’s difficult not to get sucked into the sea of negativity. But, I’m learning that surrounding yourself with positive people is the key.
